We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and help us attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Position: HR Business Partner
Exp: 2 to 4 Years
Job Location: Andheri East
Work Mode: WFO
Days: Monday to Saturday ( 2nd & 4th Off)
Salary: Best as per Market Standard.

Job Summary:
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. You will also serve as a key member of our leadership team, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our business objectives and ensure compliance with local and national employment laws
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reporting, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend changes and improvements to HR policies and procedures as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in an IT or technology company
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
