Job Description:
New Business Development:

  • Discover and take advantage of new business prospects in the recruiting and staffing sector.
  • Create and execute effective sales plans to create leads and turn them into customers.
  • Investigate the market to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and potential customers.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Strengthen and build strong relationships with your current clients by understanding their recruitment requirements and offering personalized solutions.
  • Act as your client’s primary point of contact, resolving issues and providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with your recruitment team to deliver quality candidates to your clients on time.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively selling recruitment services to new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.

Networking and Brand Building:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and brand-building activities to position the company as a leader in the recruitment industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
