Designation: Recruitment Specialist
Location: Mumbai
Department: HR & Admin

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  2. Handle 80% of end-to-end recruitment by developing customized recruitment strategies and draft
    innovative job descriptions.
  3. Handle 20% of operations activities like attendance, documentation (upload & filing) in HRMS portal
    during the entire employee life cycle.
  4. Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, own networking, and
  5. Source, screen and shortlist resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews followed by the F2F
    interviews to understand the candidate’s profile.
  6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Track applicant progress and manage candidate pipelines maintaining accurate records in Applicant
    Tracking System (ATS).
  8. Follow up with hiring managers for hiring decisions and update feedback on ATS.
  9. Update candidates and Consultancies (if any) on the hiring process and the status of their
  10. Perform background & reference checks of selected candidates.
  11. Required to maintain all hardcopies of all the employees from the HR audit stand point.
  12. Collaborate within your HR Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

    Educational Qualification and other Skills:
    o Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university.
    o Having HRMS (preferably ZOHO) hands on experience will be an added advantage.
