Job Role & responsibility:
• Cold calling, lead generation, appointment & meeting with client for Recruitment solutions.
• Make sure clients tie-ups from IT & NON IT verticals.
• Drafting contract agreement for permanent & contract staffing services.
• Maintain an accurate and current database of exiting & new clients.
• Maintain open position list with clients we are working for.
• Work closely with recruiters to close open positions with clients.
• Brand promotion, blog writing, tips writing will be an advantage.
