 Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team, developing the team through motivation, skills development and product knowledge development.
 Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets.
 Identify potential customers in the sales zone and develop a business development plan to reach them.  Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
 Presenting Efficloud services to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails. Manage all of the field and in house sales. Spend a significant portion of time in the field both with individual accounts and co-traveling with sales personnel
 Responsible for managing sales process and maintain healthy pipe line.
 Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business plan.
 Responsible for providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
 In coordination with the CSO, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the company.
 Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
 Effectively interact with other departments including the account management and technical team when working on opportunities, ensuring you are fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale.

 IT Sales Experience in software, Networking, Infrastructure Sales. should have the knowledge on current industry trends with respect to IT Infrastructure services and Platform as a service and Software as a service, managed services and technologies
 Should have managed sales team.
 Technical proficiency

 Develop an account and territory strategy for the Efficloud Services in order to meet yearly targets.
 Develop an sales strategy in a sophisticated and complex business environment Plan and execute customer events to push innovative services and drive customer demand

 Engineer Graduate + MBA
 Minimum 6 to 10 years of sales Experience
 Highly self-motivated and results oriented.
 Go Getter Attitude and Multitasking.
 IT services/ cloud services sales experience would be added advantage.
