Job Description/Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our office across multiple departments, including Administration, HR coordination, IT support, and general facilities. This role acts as the central point of contact for all on-ground operational updates, staff support, and issue resolution, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate office operations, ensuring seamless functioning across Admin, HR, IT, and general support teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all on-floor issues, updates, and staff concerns.
  • Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, supplies, and overall working conditions.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes in coordination with HR.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders for office-related services.
  • Monitor and support IT infrastructure issues in coordination with the internal/external IT teams.
  • Ensure office safety, compliance with health regulations, and emergency readiness.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports related to office functioning, incidents, and improvement areas.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional responsibilities efficiently.
  • Experience working with HR, IT, and Admin teams.
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and professionalism.
