NUMBER OF OPENINGS: 2(Two)
Implement staffing strategies to find a qualified candidate from diverse candidate pools.
The individual is expected to evaluate candidate with the job description.
High energy, highly motivated and self-directed, high sense of urgency.
Teamwork skill is very important.
A strong understanding of boolean search strings.
Must have a strong desire to build a career in recruiting by using proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships.
To critically evaluate candidate information with accuracy, assimilates & understands complex issues and identifies the information to take hiring decisions.
To achieve the recruitment targets with optimum utilization of available resources.
Minimal qualifications include:
Excellent understanding of US Staffing industry and latest trends and technologies.
Must have good knowledge of employment laws and US Tax Terms: C2C, 1099, W2.
Experience of hiring candidates on GC, US Citizen, H1B, EAD, TN visa.
Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal database, etc. Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner, and build candidate relationships over the phone.
Excellent Verbal and written communication.
Must be a graduate relevant experience in US Staffing Experience working on IT client will be highly preferable.
Prefer between 2-4 years of relevant experience.
