The primary role of the Demand Generation Manager is to drive Demand Generation and Lead Management Strategy and Plan campaigns. He needs to develop and manage nurturing campaigns and execute sales-initiated 1:1 nurture campaigns.
This position requires a unique blend of technical, creative, analytic, and project management expertise. Reports to the CMO. He is responsible for Lead Management process execution.
Demand generation is focused on all marketing activities that create awareness about our university and courses.
It includes a mix of inbound and outbound marketing.
Creates and Executes clearly defined long-term and short-term strategic marketing programs designed to support consistent business growth, capture market share, and enhance brand equity and awareness.
Manage the team to ensure adoption of Lead Management best practices and delivery of Sales Qualified Leads
Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and fine-tune to increase conversion rates
Configure and build campaigns within Marketing Automation
Identify content needs for campaigns
Demand Generation excellence
Manage and report on on-and-off line demand generation campaigns
Design, test and execute progressive nurturing campaigns with marketing automation
Measure and monitor sales funnel activity to ensure predictable pipeline building
Manage CRM database, un-subscribes/opt-outs, and list purchases
Work with internal/external resources to create compelling content and assets
Investigate and make recommendations for various leads
Data mine from current prospects to formulate unique lists for demand creation
Develop and manage PPC and social media lead-gen campaigns
Apply response analysis and best practices to optimize all aspects of demand gen
Facilitate a strong working relationship with sales
Establish and report on campaign metrics, closed loop reporting and ROI
Demand generation experience
a proven portfolio of results
Orientated original demand generation strategy, and content marketing examples in action
Excellent copy writing and editing skills including web and email copy
Experience using real KPIs to make informed decisions
Solid understanding and practical application of lead management principles
Email marketing experience
Certification and experience using a robust marketing automation platform
Data, quantitative analysis to create data-driven strategy
Google Analytics and Excel
Ability to Assess New Technology Tools
