Sr. Finance Manager – USA

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Sr. Finance Manager to join our Finance team. This role is collectively for our clients group, of which Parent company is situated in the USA having subsidiaries in different other countries like India, UK, Singapore, Netherlands etc.

Objectives of this Role
– Ensure compliance of Group companies by researching tax law and preparing and filing all type of returns.
– Maintain required accounts with different regulatory bodies and Govt. authorities.
– Keep tax liability at a minimum by leveraging deductions, exemptions, and high-level knowledge of tax laws
– Hire efficient Tax consultants wherever required and evaluate & maintain close working relationships with all tax consultants in various jurisdictions
– Maintain comprehensive tax records and financial data for organization use and audits
– Meet strict deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
– Track yearly/quarterly/Monthly revenue and expenses for the preparation of state and federal tax returns
– Create & maintain additional documentation as needed, including internal tax and forecasting reports
– Gather and share complete and accurate data and documents with consultants in all jurisdictions
– Preparing Income tax return and other applicable returns, Opening, closing & maintaining withholding & unemployment insurance accounts and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
– Speak to regulatory bodies and govt. authorities whenever required
– Make one-time and regular Tax payments and immediately respond to tax notices.
– Follow the list of required compliance and ensure completeness of the list as the Company group grows.
– Stay updated on industry and country high level developments that impact the organization by researching online and consulting with tax advisors

Preferred Qualifications:
– Degree in accounting, finance, Taxation or related field
– Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in tax preparation (Form 1020), filing 1099s and other relevant form with IRS
– Preferred experience tracking and analyzing data using accounting software, such as Intuit QuickBooks or Microsoft Excel
– Any International Tax Experience will be preferred (LATAM, APAC & EMEA)
Required Skills
– In-depth knowledge of state and federal tax codes, laws, and regulations
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively
– Ability to research other applicable country compliances & work towards compliances.
