Position: Receptionist cum Office Assistant
Exp: 2 to 6 years

Job Role:
1. Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls.
2. Receive, inform, guide visitors including co-ordination with employees.
3. Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office.
4. Provide assistance in general administrative activities.
5. Responsible for ensuring availability of magazines.
6. Assist in utilization of conference rooms.

Candidate profile:
1.    Designation will be Receptionist cum Office Assistant
2.    Female candidate preferable.
3.    Should stay nearby office.
4.    Age could be till 35 years.
5.    Married candidate is fine.
6.    Working hours: 10.00 am till 7pm.
7.    Candidate will work at Andheri(E) office.
8.    Should be graduate from any stream.
9.    Should be good in communication (English, Hindi) & presentable.
10.    Should be Computer Savvy.
11.    Salary depends on Candidates performance.
