Position: HR Head
Experience: 8 -15 Years Max
Job Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
Salary: Upto 25 Lacs ( Neg for Right Candidate)
Working days: Monday to Friday (11 to 8)
Employee Relations, Employee Engagement & Grievance handling:
– Drive the Rewards and Recognition programmer as a SPOC and for the line of business handled.
– Designing and implementing employee engagement / employee delight activities to promote a culture of fun, and motivation.
– Organize and drive employee connect, celebrating events on occasions, yoga to reduce stress, employee service milestone celebration etc.
– Currently acting as a first level of escalation for all employee related queries. Addressed queries on internal escalation, salary, appraisal, employee grievances, attendance etc.
– Handled end-to-end recruitment through Referrals, Consultants
and Internal Company Database.
– Planning human resource requirements in consultation with HODs of different functional & operational areas.
– Conducting Preliminary interviews, salary negotiation.
– Initiate diversity in hiring.
– Responsible for employee joining formalities, preparing and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, formulating the salary structure for new hires, On- Boarding, Payroll. Preparing, monitoring Induction & Orientation and feedback evaluation.
– Raising system requests, creating their email and domain id’s and giving them access to employee portal.
– Partner with business units/divisions in delivering corporate &divisional HR Policies & program. Conducting skip level interviews to know performance related, attrition and other issues
– Act as the first line of contact from HR for any HR for any employee relations issues
– Understand the pulse of employee through 1-1s, informal conversations and sharing regular updates of the meetings with reporting manager so that necessary action can be taken whenever required.
– Ensure a uniform implementation of all HR Processes/Practices across the location
