The IT leader is responsible for handling all company client IT services and operation (BPO services) as well as developing application and software.
Primary Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Handling all daily IT Management operation with client include Analytics, Artificial intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud computing – IT Cloud & Infrastructure Services, Data Entry, Mobile technology \u2013 Mobile App Development Service, Security – IT Security (Endpoint protection \u2013 Antivirus – UTM\u2019s and Firewalls), Software development – Custom Software Development \u2013 DevOps, IT Support Services (Help Desk and Remote Support – Monthly server performance tune- up – Pre-emptive maintenance visits).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Handling all project for developing application or software<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws, High quality of risk management, Increasing internal efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization\u2019s operational and fiscal
    function and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company\u2019s
    plans and programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Increase profitability and reduce costs by acquiring new customers and opening new markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Analyze and make recommendation on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Provide expert financial guidance and advice to others within executive leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Improve the planning and budgeting process on a continual basis by educating departments and key members of corporate leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Act as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations or business deals that the corporation may enter into.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff.

  24. Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  25. Professional certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  26. 15 +years of BPO experience in all IT sector (Technical, Infrastructure, Developer, Coding, Project, Application, and software)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  27. Ability to train, develop and manage large executive teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  28. Executive Presence and ability maintain calm demeanor in high stress environments

    Looking to assistance VP, Senior manager from Accenture or Infosys or other BPO companies providing IT services
