{"id":916,"date":"2023-10-30T23:50:21","date_gmt":"2023-10-30T18:20:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.2softsolutions.com\/blogs\/?p=916"},"modified":"2025-07-28T13:51:10","modified_gmt":"2025-07-28T08:21:10","slug":"director-hr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.2softsolutions.com\/blogs\/director-hr\/","title":{"rendered":"Director &#8211; HR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Experience: 18 to 20 Years<br>Mode: Work from Office<br>Male Candidate will be preference. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive the recruiting strategy for the company, while bringing a high level of clarity surrounding hiring plans and metrics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive automation within the team so that each stage of hiring from sourcing to onboarding can be tracked on systems rather than people dependent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all the documentation with respect to HRIS &amp; Background verification is accurately updated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publish engaging employee newsletters and create opportunities for cross functional team interaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate and reiterate company policies at regular intervals to all employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create visibility on Social Media Channels about the Company Policy &amp; Culture to become an Employer of Choice in the local market<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the Corporate Website by keeping it updated with latest open positions and create engaging content on the website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advice and assist Line Managers to implement the performance assessment program and in providing constructive employee feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop solutions which enable successful retention strategies and solve capability gaps using internal\/ external levers including development, resourcing, and training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Global HR Teams to showcase deliverables achieved by India team. Red flag any issues impacting the day-to-day work of India Employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-ordinate to provide accurate inputs for payroll processing and adhere to deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with external vendors for PF\/ESIC and other compliance as required by the Companies Act<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a healthy work environment for employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for Vendor management including expense budgeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support and guidance to members of the HR &amp; Facility team in their day-to-day operational roles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong leadership skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Result oriented, follow-through &amp; process oriented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communicator (verbal &amp; written)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent people skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented and analytical problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maturity to deal with issues in a creative &amp; challenging environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to plan and execute effectively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>20+ years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management and Organization Development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience in leading a team of at least 5 HR professionals (Minimum 8 years of managerial experience)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PGDM\/MBA\/Doctorate specializing in Human Resources Management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience with ITES companies is desirable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stability in previous job, minimum 3 years in the last profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Working Hours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**Mon to Fri: 9.30 am to 6.30pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saturday: 9.30 am to 6.30pm (one full Saturday working)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>May be required to work in Afternoon shift (2pm to 10pm) 2 days a month to have HR visibility for Night Shift employees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apply: careers@2softsolutions.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Experience: 18 to 20 YearsMode: Work from OfficeMale Candidate will be preference.
