The IT leader is responsible for handling all company client IT services and operations (BPO services) as well as developing applications and software.
Primary Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Handling all daily IT Management operations with clients including Analytics, Artificial intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud computing – IT Cloud & Infrastructure Services, Data Entry, Mobile technology \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Mobile App Development Services, Security – IT Security (Endpoint protection \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Antivirus – UTM\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s and Firewalls), Software development – Custom Software Development \u00e2\u20ac\u201c DevOps, IT Support Services (Help Desk and Remote Support – Monthly server performance tune- up – Pre-emptive maintenance visits).<\/li>
  2. Handling all projects for developing application or software<\/li>
  3. Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws, High quality of risk management, Increasing internal efficiency.<\/li>
  4. Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s operational and fiscal
    function and performance.<\/li>
  5. Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s
    plans and programs.<\/li>
  6. Increase profitability and reduce costs by acquiring new customers and opening new markets.<\/li>
  7. Analyze and make recommendation on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.<\/li>
  8. Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.<\/li>
  9. Provide expert financial guidance and advice to others within executive leadership.<\/li>
  10. Improve the planning and budgeting process on a continual basis by educating departments and key members of corporate leadership.<\/li>
  11. Act as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations or business deals that the corporation may enter into.<\/li>
  12. Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff.

    Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:<\/li>
  24. Bachelor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s degree in IT<\/li>
  25. Professional certificate<\/li>
  26. 15 +years of BPO experience in all IT sector (Technical, Infrastructure, Developer, Coding, Project, Application, and software)<\/li>
  27. Ability to train, develop and manage large executive teams<\/li>
  28. Executive Presence and ability maintain calm demeanor in high stress environments
