Position: HR Business Partner
Exp: 2 to 4 Years
Job Location: Andheri East
Work Mode: WFO
Days: Monday to Saturday ( 2nd & 4th Off)
Salary: Best as per Market Standard.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. You will also serve as a key member of our leadership team, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our business objectives and ensure compliance with local and national employment laws
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reporting, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend changes and improvements to HR policies and procedures as needed
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 2+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in an IT or technology company
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Ability to work independently
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
