\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Source and Shortlist Freelancers
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 End to End coordination with Freelancers to complete tasks against deadlines
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 End to End coordination with internal teams
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Vendor Management
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Project Management
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Team Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Graduate in Any Field
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 7+ Years of Work Experience
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Should have experience in Identifying online marketplaces for freelancers in US & Europe
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Should have experience in sourcing and shortlisting freelancers and effectively managing various activities and tasks in US & Europe
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Should have preferably handled a team of at least 5 people
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Fluency in English
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Should have experience in Vendor Management
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Should have experience in Project Management
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Go Getter, Should be able to get work done
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Should be able to work independently<\/p>\n\n\n\n
