Position: Senior Creative Manager
Experience: 5 to 12 Years
Job Location: Bandra West (WFH till Lockdown)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (11AM to 8PM)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keywords: <\/strong>3D-Max, Maya, Adobe Substance, 3D Modelling, Blender, Autodesk Maya, Modo, Lightwave<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong>
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D design and modeling
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Work experience of 3D design and animation tools such as 3DS Max, Maya, Zbrush etc.
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Ability to take feedback and make changes as required
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Good visualization skills
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Good communication skills with experience in people management as well
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Technical diploma in 3D modeling or a degree in fine arts
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Some familiarity with animation techniques
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Some scripting experience will be an added bonus<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/strong>
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Can Manage 5 to 10 peoples creative team.
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Create and manage digital assets
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Interpret concept art and sketches to create virtual objects, environment and props
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions and other technical constraints
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Prototype and iterate on models and characters based on feedback from team members
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Create textures and UV maps
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Optimize, refine and correct model geometry
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Work with artists, animators and programmers to execute projects on time
\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Keep abreast with the latest developments in 3D design, capture and modeling tools and technologies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
