\u2022 Drive the company\u2019s financial planning
\u2022 Perform risk management by analyzing the organization\u2019s liabilities and investments
\u2022 Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
\u2022 Control and evaluate the organization\u2019s fundraising plans and capital structure
\u2022 Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization\u2019s operations
\u2022 Supervise all finance personnel
\u2022 Manage vendor relationships
\u2022 Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
\u2022 Set up and oversee the company\u2019s finance IT system
\u2022 Ensure compliance with the law and company\u2019s policies
\u2022 Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures
\u2022 Advising on long-term business and financial planning<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance and Economics will be expected for this role
\u2022 An MBA or CPA is also highly desirable. At least 10 years’ experience in the finance industry and managing a team is a must \u2013 with examples of when they have demonstrated excellence in the workplace.
\u2022 The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization
\u2022 CPA is a strong advantage
\u2022 The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a CFO of a tech Company (turnover of 50-200 Crores)
\u2022 The candidate will be expected to negotiate with US clients on a regular basis and should have excellent communications skills
