Ability to lead and mentor a team of 3-5 developers. Expected to pro-actively work with the team to identify new tasks, and taking ownership of those tasks<br \/>\n Collaborate with testing and other teams to quickly resolve issues and increase the efficiency and productivity. An attitude that ensures safe and secure operations.<br \/>\n A security first approach to dealing with everything. Ability to learn quickly and adopt new technical skills or changes in the process.<br \/>\n Self-motivated team player with innovate ideas and having enthusiasm to build something new.<br \/>\n Should possess good analytical and communication skills.
