Marketing Strategy<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: Bangalore<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Experience: 6 to 10 Years<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Company: Please call back for details.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objective<\/strong><br \/>\nSr. Manager Marketing operation and Strategy ensures our marketing department makes smart decisions based on data, not assumptions, and that our assumptions are properly tested.<br \/>\nShe\/he will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, making recommendations, and ensuring appropriate adjustments are made to improve our marketing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n Marketing strategies and data governance for all of the businesss marketing campaigns and activities.<br \/>\n Define ROI and KPIs for the purpose of shaping and influencing the shape and direction that marketing campaigns will take<br \/>\n Conducts regular Marketing Operations Reviews to align Marketing strategy with tactics and ensure effective execution of Marketing strategy, including a functional health check on at least an annual basis.<br \/>\n Support marketing programs execution and attribution across Google Analytics, CRM and Hubspot and makes sure recommended improvements to existing processes.<br \/>\n Build and manage marketing financial plans with various marketing managers ensuring effective utilization of resources and maximization of campaign initiatives potential.<br \/>\n Works closely with the demand generation manager\/team.<br \/>\n Accelerates change through the marketing organization by applying change management concepts and methods to implement organizational strategies in order to meet business objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area.<br \/>\n Create scalable, innovative approaches to extracting, managing, and analyzing data from customers.<br \/>\n Benchmarks the organizations current marketing activities, performance and investment against industry best practices, and through gap analysis, develops a roadmap for improvements and business case for undertaking necessary changes.<br \/>\n Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.<br \/>\n Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.<br \/>\n Collaborate with both frontline marketers and senior leaders to both accurately forecast and craft the right strategies, campaigns, and tests to run.<br \/>\n Develop vision for analytics architecture, various predictive models, and efficient workflow across marketing.<br \/>\n Collaboration with internal departments including marketing, sales operations, legal, regulatory, medical affairs, payer\/access, corporate compliance, and IT<br \/>\n Communicating financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct reports.<br \/>\n Manage program budgets and metrics to ensure program success<br \/>\n Create compelling marketing campaigns using strategies to showcase our abilities to produce results (leads)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><br \/>\n Ability to interpret data and present results to senior operations management and business executives.<br \/>\n Ability to effectively &amp;
