A security first approach to dealing with everything<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead initiatives and people toward common goals.<\/li>\n<li>Should possess good analytical and interpersonal communication skills. Able to write and communicate effectively<\/li>\n<li>Motivated to work in <strong>startup<\/strong> environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Technical Skills: <\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of overall IT experience.
