Development of the HR department.<br \/>\n2. Optimally utilizing the budget allocated for performance appraisal and ensuring employee satisfaction<br \/>\n3. Development of an employee oriented company culture which focuses on quality, high performance and development of key employee retention.<br \/>\n4. Line managing HR team as appropriate including performance appraisal, promotions etc.<br \/>\n5. Create and implem strong performance management and ensuring a thorough follow up.<br \/>\n6. Maintain an up-to-date file record of employees.<br \/>\n7. Create and implement HR policies and procedures of the company time to time.<br \/>\n9. Monitor and advice on disciplinary and grievance matters which in accordance with the companies policies and procedure.<br \/>\n10.
