Responsibilities to include:
\n*Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce.com CRM
\n*Lead and\/or contribute to all technical aspects of projects developed
\n*Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements
\n*Write technical approach and design documentation supporting business needs
\n*Create development and integration plans
\nWe are looking for more of a Salesforce developer or Salesforce administrator. The role needs someone who writes Visual Force code, APEX code, triggers, S-controls etc
\n* Salesforce.com Architecture and Design
\n* Salesforce.com Development
\n* Salesforce.com Administration
\n* Salesforce.com Operational Support
\n* Force.com developer toolkit – Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services\/SOA & Metadata APIs
\n* SQL, RDBMS experience preferred
\n* Strong web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML<\/p>\n
