Job Description Technical Architect
\nLocation: Bangalore\/ Mumbai\/ Noida<\/p>\n
The Technical Architect is responsible for the overall technical design and build of the custom elements of the solution. The Technical Architect will work as a team member along with the Project Manager, Developer and Customer technical team to deliver the complete solution for the customer.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n– Technical Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
\n– Produce a detailed technical design document to match the solution design specifications
\n– Complete\/oversee the custom development and quality assurance efforts for custom work
\n– Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer
\n– Manage multiple development designs and projects to meet project and customer required time lines.
\n– Emphasis and enforce best practices as well as design patterns
\n– Learn and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, designs and solutions
\n– Provide Training to team as required
\n– Identifying the organizations needs
\n– Breaking down large scale projects into manageable modules
\n– Working out which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research
\nAgreeing plans with the client
\n– Explaining to designers and developers what’s required and overseeing the progress
\n– Producing documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality of the project
\n– Advising the client on managing future IT needs<\/p>\n

\n– Good communication with clients\/operational managers listening and providing answers
\n– Strong problem solving skills
\n– UML diagrams and tools
\n– Ability to build from good relationships with clients\/operational managers and colleagues
\n– Ability to gather and assimilate information
\n– Up to date knowledge of technical applications
\n– Good knowledge of quality standards, legislation and best practice
\n– Ability to be adapt and prioritise
\n– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\n– Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions<\/p>\n
PREFERRED SKILLS\/EXPERIENCE:
\n– Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in Cloud technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities. Additional preferred qualifications are;
