{"id":482,"date":"2015-11-26T11:40:01","date_gmt":"2015-11-26T06:10:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.2softsolutions.com\/blogs\/?p=482"},"modified":"2025-07-28T13:51:12","modified_gmt":"2025-07-28T08:21:12","slug":"regional-sales-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.2softsolutions.com\/blogs\/regional-sales-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Regional Sales Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Position: Regional Sales Manager<br \/>\nExp: 10+ Years<br \/>\nLocation: Bangalore\/ Delhi\/ Ahmedabad<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<br \/>\nResponsible for sales expectation &amp; channel partner development in India:<\/p>\n<p>o Executing the complete sales cycle, from generating sales\/channel leads, qualifying, till negotiating and closing.<br \/>\no Recruit distributors\/channels within the assigned territory and create major growth in distributor\/channels sales.<br \/>\no Managing the distribution &amp; channel network<br \/>\no Promote and specify Our products to current customers as well as prospective customers within assigned territory .<br \/>\no Managing large accounts and verticals such as financial institutes, governmental offices, Transportation and energy companies etc.<br \/>\no Create demand for Our products by identifying high potential opportunities.<br \/>\no Establish and grow Our preference with channel and system integration partners.<br \/>\no Meeting sales targets.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality &amp; quantity targets.<br \/>\nCreating and responsible for annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan.<br \/>\nProduce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly &amp; quarterly basis.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge, skills &amp; ability required<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate must come from the IT infrastructure segment, more specifically:<br \/>\nstructured cabling business. Deep knowledge &amp; selling experience in the structured cabling technology, Data Centres solutions and full understanding of the business environment &amp; market.<br \/>\n10 &#8211; 15 years of experience in leading and implementing sales initiatives, programs, incentive plans, and promotions. Experience with leading cabling OEMs will be an advantage,<br \/>\nA business leader: To lead and manage customers and partners and business activity.<br \/>\nMassive Experience in recruiting partners and penetrating accounts within these market segments.<br \/>\n10 &#8211; 15 year of experience at calling on multiple types of customers, at all levels of management, including distributors, end users, consultants, systems integrators, and contractors.<br \/>\n10 &#8211; 15 years of experience in executing multi-channel strategies for diverse products, services and markets. Can discuss the benefits, risks, and considerations for several sales channels.<br \/>\nRelevant Academic educational background (with supported documents), experience and technical qualifications.
