\n*Must have 4 to 8 years of experience into hard-core IT Recruitment.
\n*Must have experience to work with vendors and maintain good relations.
\n*Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
\n*Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence C-level candidates; superior convincing and negotiation skills.
\n*Strong analytical skills and an ability to think out-of-the box
\n*Multitasking, Self-motivated and can work in a fast paced and confidential work environment
\n*Ability to work as an individual contributor, part of the team or as a leader.
\n*Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, a Go-getter attitude<\/p>\n
