Responsibilities to include:
\n*Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce.com CRM
\n*Lead and\/or contribute to all technical aspects of projects developed
\n*Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements
\n*Write technical approach and design documentation supporting business needs
\n*Create development and integration plans
\nWe are looking for more of a Salesforce developer or Salesforce administrator. The manager needs someone who writes Visual Force code, APEX code, triggers, S-controls etc<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate has the following work and skills related experience:<\/p>\n
* Client-focused attitude. A customer advocate
\n* Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
\n* Strong SDLC experience
\n* Strong technical design, development, and unit testing skills
\n* Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer preferred
\n* Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
\n* Technical skills: XML, HTML and CSS, SOAP, XML, JavaScript, AJAX
\n* Fundamental understanding of Web Services
\n* Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA)
\n* Object Oriented Development Skills (Java, .Net)<\/p>\n
