Position: Senior Development Manager
\nExperience: 10+ Years

\nSalary: upto 25 lacs<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\nKey activities to be performed are:
\n\u2022 Work together with the Product Owner to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timeline while ensuring that projects remains on target to meet deadlines.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Collaborate with Product Management in defining the Product Vision, direction.
\n\u2022 Fosters teamwork and collaboration within cross-functional agile\/scrum teams.
\n\u2022 Directs teams to ensure sound design, process and quality practices are followed.
\n\u2022 Provides employee and team coaching and mentoring.
\n\u2022 Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees.
\n\u2022 Monitors and evaluates completion of tasks and projects.
\n\u2022 Coordinate release and sprint planning
\n\u2022 Interfaces with senior management to report on project milestones, to present project needs and technical knowledge.<\/p>\n
Skills Needed
\n\u2022 Must be able to assume project responsibility and deliver on milestones of Development and Testing Teams.
\n\u2022 Ability to manage a team of diverse skills and personalities.
\n\u2022 Good organizational and time management skills
\n\u2022 Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal English).
\n\u2022 Possess a positive attitude and is a self-starter, action-and-result oriented
\n\u2022 Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines<\/p>\n

\u2022 10+ years experience developing and\/or managing software projects.
\n\u2022 Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
\n\u2022 Experience with Scrum or other agile development processes.
\n\u2022 Knowledge and experience with software development languages.
\n\u2022 Hands-on-working experience in web technology. Nodejs, JAVA,<\/p>\n
Desirable<\/p>\n
\u2022 Understanding of Manufacturing Domain knowledge desirable
\n\u2022 Understanding of Data Analytic concepts<\/p>\n
