JOB DESCRIPTION:
\n*Hands-on experience on product development and familiar with product development life cycle
\n*Display a high degree of inquisitiveness and an eagerness to learn at a detailed and abstract level.
\n*Highly self-motivated with a sound functional understanding to understand business requirements and translate it into an architecture model
\n*Should be able to write complex stored procedures & functions
\n*Strong development skills in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET.
\n*Development skills in writing Stored Procedures in SQL Server database.
\n*Thorough understanding of Web concepts, threading and http pipeline
\n*Understanding of IIS and SQL server management and SQL locking principles.
\n*Performance tuning of SQL queries.
\n*Take responsibility of junior developers and mentor them.
\n*Familiarity with Agile\/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
\n*Strong web application development skills in ASP.NET\/ C#
\n*Strong SQL server development skills (stored procedures, concurrent query handling, transactions and locking)
\n*Strong in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
\n*Exposure to distributed application development,
\n*Exposure to SQL linked server configuration
\n*Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the development team and willingness to mentor juniors as needed
