Requirements
\n\uf0a7 Minimum 8 years of experience, including 2 to 3 years as a technical lead
\n\uf0a7 Exposure to various design patterns and system architecture
\n\uf0a7 Excellent analytical skills
\n\uf0a7 Excellent organization and planning skills
\n\uf0a7 Ability to assist in developing multiple projects
\n\uf0a7 Attention to detail
\n\uf0a7 Hands-on programming (.NET, C#, SQL) experience
\n\uf0a7 Relevant experience in implementing state-of-the-art architecture and database design
\n\uf0a7 People management skills
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\uf0a7 Database design and application architecture
\n\uf0a7 Change management and impact analysis
\n\uf0a7 Release management (configuring IIS, database etc.)
\n\uf0a7 Collaborating with respective stakeholders and relevant project documentation
\n\uf0a7 Complete project ownership\u2013from design to launch
\n\uf0a7 Managing a team of 5 to 8 engineers
\n\uf0a7 Progress reports reviews with the senior management
\n\uf0a7 Implementing best practices
\n\uf0a7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
