\n* Proven track record creating digital assets such as UI design, email campaigns, landing pages, banner ads, Branding and promotional pages for an ecommerce website
\n* Experience in creating HTML-designed pages, maintaining best-practices
\n* Maintaining target dates for all deliverables
\n* Adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
\n* Assist in the development and maintenance of site style guides
\n* Creating, maintaining and promoting brand and design consistency across all projects
\n* Translating user and\/or business goals into user-friendly and creative web experiences
\n* Preferred * video editing, photography, promotion
\n* Proactively organize work-flow, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly growing
\nEnvironment.<\/p>\n
Requirements \/Qualifications:
\n* Prefer to have a Degree in Design
\n* Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
\n* Solid understanding of web design techniques and knowledge of Internet production best practices
\n* Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering team to ensure that design solutions meet business requirements
\n* Deliver high quality designs within specified timeframes
\n* Strong design skills with demonstrated experience designing visual interfaces for consumers on the Internet
\n* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
\n* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n* Strong attention to detail
\n* Knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, Dreamweaver
\n* Minimum of 2+ yrs experience in Graphic Design<\/p>\n
Skill Set:
\n* HTML\u00a0 & CSS required
\n* Design Sense and Creative Thinking
\n* Collaborative , Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Corel Draw, Photoshop
\n* JavaScript
\n* Video editing using Camtasia and photography preferred
\n* SEO proficiency preferred
