\nThe Acquisition Marketing Specialist (reporting to the Head of New Buyer Acquisition) is responsible for getting new users to buy on eCart.ae and is the owner of the following sets of levers
\nMarketing Communication: Conceptualization, Ideation, Creation, Operations and Analytics\/MIS for the following mediums: Onsite Marketing, Internet Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Direct Mailers
\nCoupons and discount vouchers: Ideation, Creation, Operations and ROI sensitivity
\nResponsibilities:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Managing Onsite and Direct Marketing\u00a0 which involves:
\no\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Optimizing, Tracking, Monitoring & Reporting for all onsite creative, landing pages, mailers and all external communication like on Facebook and other social media
\no\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0End to end ownership of discount coupons creation, usage, and MIS
\no\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Onsite Deals merchandising. Procurement\u00a0 of the right products in conjunction with Supply team
\no\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Partner agreements & Payments \/ Invoicing<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Managing our Media campaigns (Portals, Search, Social Media)
\no\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Managing our relationship with external partners and planning and executing to our media plans
\no\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Optimizing our Keyword portfolio on Search Engine Marketing Networks to maximize conversions<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Working with various global teams to ensure best practices are shared
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 Ensuring all contractual and operational needs are looked after properly, and in time
\nExpectations from the candidate
\n1.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Experience required:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a02-3 years of work experience, preferably in the Internet industry [ eCommerce, Travel, Classifieds, Gifting Sites, Portals]
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Very strong end-user communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Good design\/aesthetic sensibilities, as the job involves a significant amount of interaction with creative designers
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Experience of having managed onsite\/direct marketing campaigns and interacted with traditional and non-traditional media channels is an advantage<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Technical skills:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to understand and interpret data
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to make sound business judgement in the absence of complete data
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Very strong written (end user) Communication skills
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Proficient in usage of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Internet Tools knowledge (DoubleClick, MediaPlex, SiteCatalyst etc) a plus<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Qualifications:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Degree, preferably with some math courses as part of the curriculum, as the job requires data interpretation skills. An MBA, with a Marketing background , will be a big plus
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Background in communication (English \/ content writing \/communication qualifications\/diplomas) is a significant plus<\/p>\n
