\n\u2022 Write advanced code using J2EE Technology Stack
\n\u2022 Interact regularly with US-based clients over phone, email and in-person ( when on site)
\n\u2022 Gather requirements, author proposals and present to customer
\n\u2022 Create project plan, manage team and coordinate with customers
\n\u2022 Create design documents including High Level Design documents, sequence diagrams and Low Level Design documents
\n\u2022 Develop code as well as lead development team
\n\u2022 Collaborate with internal QA Team and deliver solutions with minimal errors
\n\u2022 Travel to the client site in the US based on requirement<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 B.E\/ B. Tech \/MCA\/ B.Sc (CS)\/ M.Sc (CS)\/ Grad+GNIIT
\n\u2022 Min 6+ years experience
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of Java EE concepts like EJB3.0, JPA
\n\u2022 Excellent command over OOAD concepts
\n\u2022 Excellent Core and Advanced Java knowledge
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of Java and Java EE Design Patterns
\n\u2022 Good experience with frameworks like Spring, Struts & Junit
\n\u2022 Experience with client management
\n\u2022 Experience with project management
\n\u2022 Excellent written and oral communication skills
\n\u2022 Possess a valid Passport
\n\u2022 Possess a valid US business visa ( optional)<\/p>\n
