Role: Data Warehouse Development Team lead
\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. Design and implement technical vision for client project
\n2. Own overall project architecture and technical delivery with solution architect
\n3. Assist in requirements gathering and data analysis as needed
\n4. Estimate work effort and assist the Project Manager with task planning and LOE (level of
\neffort) estimates
\n5. Data warehouse architecture and ETL design
\n6. Provide technical leadership and oversight of a project development team
\n7. Expert level guidance for building & maintaining SQL procedures and ETL processes
\n8. Interact with client on regular basis
\n9. Review work product of others for compliance with development standards
\n10. Provide guidance and mentoring in database development best practices
\n11. Review technical documentation
\n12. Manage and mentor a team of up to 10 developers in a matrix organization
\nPosition Requirements
\n\u201eX 5 + years of experience in database technology
\n\u201eX 3+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
\n\u201eX Leadership experience \u00a1V should have led teams for at least 1 yrs
\n\u201eX In depth Hands On experience with multi terabyte data warehousing, ETL and BI
\n\u201eX Experience in building at least one data warehouse end to end
\n\u201eX Strong business understanding of technology solutions applications developed
\n\u201eX Expert level in-depth experience with stored procedures, SQLs and scripting and automation
\nof jobs
\n\u201eX Proficiency with error handling and reconciliation and incremental data loads
\n\u201eX Experience working with the database triggers, packages, procedures and functions
\n\u201eX Ability to understand source systems, data dependencies, interfaces, integration, ETL, data
\nintegration and reconciliation
\n\u201eX Good communication skills interacting with business users, executives, and technologists.
\n\u201eX Strong written, presentation and communication skills
\n\u201eh BE \/ BTech graduates with first class
