This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure that supports business operations and future growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. IT Infrastructure Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including <strong>data centers, servers, storage, cloud solutions, and virtualization technologies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure <strong>high availability, reliability, and performance<\/strong> of IT systems across multiple locations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement an <strong>IT infrastructure roadmap<\/strong> aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish <strong>data governance, backup policies, and access controls<\/strong> to protect critical business data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Network &amp; Security Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead the <strong>design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide networks<\/strong> (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, Wi-Fi, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement and manage <strong>cybersecurity policies, firewalls, endpoint security, and identity &amp; access management (IAM)<\/strong> for IT &amp; OT Infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with <strong>ISO 27001, NIST or other industry standards<\/strong> related to security and risk management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure IT infrastructure complies with <strong>regulatory and audit requirements<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. IT Operations &amp; Service Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage <strong>IT service delivery and IT operations<\/strong> across multiple locations. Implement and enforce <strong>IT policies, SOPs, and best practices<\/strong> across the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implement and maintain <strong>ITSM (IT Service Management) frameworks like ITIL<\/strong> for efficient service desk operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive automation in IT operations to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define <strong>SLAs, KPIs, and incident management<\/strong> processes for IT support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Cloud &amp; Digital Transformation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead cloud adoption strategies (AWS\/ Azure\/ Google Cloud) for infrastructure modernization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee <strong>hybrid cloud environments<\/strong>, virtualization, and containerization (VMware, Kubernetes, Docker).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement <strong>disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) strategies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Vendor &amp; Budget Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage relationships with <strong>vendors, service providers, and third-party partners<\/strong> for IT infrastructure services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee <strong>contract negotiations, licensing, and procurement<\/strong> for hardware, software, and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize IT spending through <strong>budget planning and cost control measures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.
