  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Handle 80% of end-to-end recruitment by developing customized recruitment strategies and draft
    innovative job descriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Handle 20% of operations activities like attendance, documentation (upload & filing) in HRMS portal
    during the entire employee life cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, own networking, and
    referrals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Source, screen and shortlist resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews followed by the F2F
    interviews to understand the candidate\u2019s profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Track applicant progress and manage candidate pipelines maintaining accurate records in Applicant
    Tracking System (ATS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Follow up with hiring managers for hiring decisions and update feedback on ATS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Update candidates and Consultancies (if any) on the hiring process and the status of their
    application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Perform background & reference checks of selected candidates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Required to maintain all hardcopies of all the employees from the HR audit stand point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Collaborate within your HR Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

    Educational Qualification and other Skills:
    o Graduate \/ Post Graduate from a recognized university.
    o Having HRMS (preferably ZOHO) hands on experience will be an added advantage.
