– Lead and oversee all site-level operations across Admin, HR, IT, and Facilities.
– Serve as the single point of accountability for all floor-level activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of issues.
– Possess strong technical acumen with prior experience in software or technology-driven companies, particularly managing IT systems, tools, and infrastructure.
– Coordinate with internal and external IT teams to support system availability, security, and performance.
– Ensure seamless delivery of infrastructure, office services, vendor management, and operational supplies.
– Collaborate with HR on employee engagement<\/a>, onboarding, and policy communication.
– Manage shift operations, including night shifts or international overlaps (e.g., US time zones).
– Demonstrated strategic leadership in planning, execution, and enabling cross-functional alignment.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with on-ground teams and business stakeholders.
– Experience working with US-based companies<\/a> or US\u2013India collaboration models is strongly preferred.
– Represent the site in leadership forums and provide regular operational updates to senior management.
– Monitor compliance with workplace health, safety, and statutory standards.
– Conduct regular site reviews to track and improve operational efficiency.
– Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– 8+ years of experience in office\/site management, operations, or administration.
– Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
– Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
– Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a people-first approach.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
