Sr. Manager Marketing operation and Strategy ensures our marketing department makes smart decisions based on data, not assumptions, and that our assumptions are properly tested.
She/he will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, making recommendations, and ensuring appropriate adjustments are made to improve our marketing
Marketing strategies and data governance for all of the businesss marketing campaigns and activities.
Define ROI and KPIs for the purpose of shaping and influencing the shape and direction that marketing campaigns will take
Conducts regular Marketing Operations Reviews to align Marketing strategy with tactics and ensure effective execution of Marketing strategy, including a functional health check on at least an annual basis.
Support marketing programs execution and attribution across Google Analytics, CRM and Hubspot and makes sure recommended improvements to existing processes.
Build and manage marketing financial plans with various marketing managers ensuring effective utilization of resources and maximization of campaign initiatives potential.
Works closely with the demand generation manager/team.
Accelerates change through the marketing organization by applying change management concepts and methods to implement organizational strategies in order to meet business objectives.
Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area.
Create scalable, innovative approaches to extracting, managing, and analyzing data from customers.
Benchmarks the organizations current marketing activities, performance and investment against industry best practices, and through gap analysis, develops a roadmap for improvements and business case for undertaking necessary changes.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Collaborate with both frontline marketers and senior leaders to both accurately forecast and craft the right strategies, campaigns, and tests to run.
Develop vision for analytics architecture, various predictive models, and efficient workflow across marketing.
Collaboration with internal departments including marketing, sales operations, legal, regulatory, medical affairs, payer/access, corporate compliance, and IT
Communicating financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct reports.
Manage program budgets and metrics to ensure program success
Create compelling marketing campaigns using strategies to showcase our abilities to produce results (leads)
Ability to interpret data and present results to senior operations management and business executives.
Ability to effectively & efficiently transform theoretical plans into tangible results.
Strong end-to-end/ solution oriented understanding.
Collaborative mind-set / proven team player.
Proficient in marketing automation systems (e.g. Hub Spot) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
Ability to extract meaning and suggest action items from data, not just report metrics.
Deep understanding of web-related behaviours and trends and ability to optimize for these.
