Position: Quality Analyst Lead
Exps: 8 to 12 Years
Job Location: Bangalore (Banashankari)
Job Description:
* Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure ability to write test plans and test
cases. To communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders
* Creative solving of technical problems – to ensure the ability translate technical
requirements to user stories
* Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables – ensures the ability to find the bad defects
and bugs quickly
Functional/Technical Skills:
Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes – Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology
Expertise in preparing Test Plan & Test Strategy document.
Experience in preparing quality management report to track the defects lifecycle.
Experience in Functional, UI related tests & Regression Testing.
Good knowledge in Black box testing Developing and executing the required tests Tools.
Should be highly motivated team player with excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have work on Selenium IDE & Webdriver, Jmeter, Jira etc
