Position: Office Manager (Finance & Accounts)
Experience: 10 15 Years
Job Location: MIDC, Andheri East
Working days & hours: Monday to Friday (12PM to 9PM)
Company: US Based MNC
- Prepare monthly Intercompany Accounts receivable Invoices
- Bank reconciliations. & Reclass.
- Review of accounts payables TDS payments, Payroll & other statutory Compliance.
- Amortizations of prepaid expense & recording & reversing accruals
- Good if candidate know SAP.
- Outward Remittances and Credit Memos.
- Preparing and Filling of monthly GST Returns
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
